1.Redfort Indian Restaurant, London. After a fire gutted this well-known restaurant in Soho the client wished for a contemporary design that reflected the new aspirations of the ‘eating out’ public of London. The response is an award-winning scheme which fuses traditional Indian patterns and materials with modern design detailing, creating a truly atmospheric and memorable dining experience. As Niche is a new company it’s not yet possible to publicise current work. Some of the images being shown refer to work developed whilst at previous companies. |
